We are loving Connecticut! We've been able to see so many sights already! Our super long roadtrip actually wasn't that bad (most likely because I got to travel with a super wonderful man!) We stopped at Martin's Cove on the way. We noticed it randomly and I had always wanted to go so we stopped!
It took us three days to cross the country here's what we decided...Wyoming is a lot like Idaho, everyone in Ohio has a white house and a red barn (I know this a classic, but seriously everyone did!) and South Dakota was well, dull until we got to Mount Rushmore area, which was really pretty!
Then we came across Chicago! The tall building is the Sears Tower! I was pretty excited...I'm glad my enthusiasm didn't cause poor Rick to crash :) Hehe first "big" city I've seen! Awesome!
Next, we started seeing signs for....
New York City!!
And yes, I lost it. Once again glad we had some gaurdian angels! Good thing I wasn't driving...
